I am passionate about helping others discover and become the person they were meant to be, and to live the life they have always dreamt of having.

I knew early on in life that I that I wanted to be a therapist, however I felt that it was important to gather some worldly experiences and wisdom of my own beforehand. I enjoyed a successful career in Silicon Valley in high tech before obtaining my license as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

I graduated from John F. Kennedy University with a Master's degree in Holistic Counseling Psychology, which focuses on working with clients from a whole person perspective of mind, body, spirit and emotions.

I approach my work from an eclectic, but very humanistic viewpoint, honoring each client's uniqueness, and pulling from a variety of different modalities and approaches to tailor the right solution for each individual.

On a personal note, I enjoy spending my free time outside in nature with animals, or being active enjoying swimming, weight training, horseback riding and tennis.
